Diving and snorkeling reservation
We recommend that you make your reservation at least three days in advance so that we can hold the spot for you.
For a binding reservation it is necessary to leave a deposit and a phone number.
Reservation on site
The diving center is located on the premises of the vacation village "La Chiappa".
The access is possible for guests from outside after previous reservation at the reception by the diving center. The rules of the vacation village must be respected. You can read the rules here.
Reservation by phone
Reservation by phone is the easiest way to book a place.

If you can't reach anyone, we are probably under water right now. Just leave us a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. You can also call us via WhatsApp.
Reservation by e-mail/ WhatsApp message
We will be happy to answer your WhatsApp request or your inquiry by mail. However, since we spend a lot of time underwater during the high season, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to answer emails promptly.
Cancellations
If a place is reserved, we will of course keep it free. Since we can not assign the place otherwise, our staff planning and further organization is dependent on the bookings, we have to charge the canceled dive in case of a short-term cancellation (less than 12 hours).
Therefore, please have understanding and cancel in time if you are prevented or your plans change.
In case of illness a short term cancellation is of course possible for the sick person without having to pay for the dive.
Basically the following cancellation policy applies:
A cancellation is made by phone in a personal conversation or as a message on the answering machine.
- more than 24 hours before the day and time of the planned dive/snorkel complete refund of the paid amount.
- from 24 to 12 hours before the day and time of the planned dive/snorkel, refund of 50% of the paid amount.
- less than 12 hours before the day and time of the planned dive/snorkel, no refund of the paid amount.
Cancellations by HIPPOCAMPE
Fortunately, we very rarely have weather conditions that make it impossible to go out. In case of wind we can lie down in the cover of one of the islands, in case of rain we get wet anyway and the visibility under water does not change.
If we do have to cancel, we will first try to find an alternative date with you. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount already paid.
